• Specific Gravity: 0.9-1.4 depending on colour

APPLICATION DATA :

• Application Method: spray or dipping
• Thinner: Epoxy Stoving Thinner
• Thinning ratio: 50-60% by weight
• Spreading rate : 9-11m2/1 kg/coat
• Shel-life: 6 mths at below 30OC
• Dry film thickness: 25 ~ 35 microns/coat
• Dry Time: Flast Off Time: R.T. x 5-10 minutes
• Baking Time: 150-1600C for 20-30 Minutes

PAINTING SPECIFICATION :

• Surface Preparation:remove all loose paint film, oil, grease and other foreign matters completely befor application. If necessary, apply sanding to remove the rust, or apply phosphatic or baking primer to improve the surface condition of the painting surface.
