  USE: Color finishing for vehicle surface. Suitable for the prepared metallic surfaces such as trucks, tractors, industrial vehicles etc.

   APPLICATION DATA:

Application method: Air spray: 1-2 coats

                                          Thinner: Lacquer Thinner 5600

Thinning ratio: Spray: 70-100% by weight

                                          Spreading rate: 8-9m²/l/coat

                                          Dry film thickness: 20-30 microns/coat

                                          Drying time:  Dust Free: 10-15 minutes at 30^oC

                                                                 Touch dry: 30 mins at 30^oC

                                                                  Hard dry: 2 hours at 30^oC

                                          Overcoating interval: Min 2 hours at 30^oC

   PAINTING SPECIFICATION:

Surface preparation: Remove oil, grease and contamination matters before coating. If necessary, prepared by sanding or abrasive blasting to establish a smooth clean surface.

Primer: 1 coat of Auto Lacquer Enamel Primer

Topcoat: 1-2 coats of PU Enamel or 2K Clear
