DESCRIPTION: Epoxy Primer HP is a 2-component paint, a combination of epoxy resin   and Polyamide curing agent.

USE: Used to decorate and protect metal surfaces including office equipment, factories, mechanical machinery, household appliances, metal shelves, furniture, etc.

Application method: Air spray

Hardener: Epoxy hardener DM40

Thinner:  5200

Viscosity (27-2800): Spray: 11 - 13 sec

Gloss (60°): According to customer's request

Spreading rate: 6 - 8 m2/kg/coat

Dryfilm thickness: 25 - 35 microns/coat

Flash off at RT: 20-30 minutes

Baking time: 45-60 minutes at 70-80°C

Air-dry time : Touch dry:   3 hours at 30°C

                            Hard dry:       16 hours at 30°C

Overcoating interval: Minimum 8 hours at 30°C or 45-60 minutes at 70-80°C

PAINTING SPECIFICA TION:

— Surface preparation: Remove oil, grease and impurities with clean solvent before applyingpaint.

For better adhesion, sanding the substrate to create adhesion, making the surface clean and smooth before painting.

— For air-dry, physical and chemical resistance test can only be carried out qfter 7 days standing at room temperature.
