APPLICATION DATA:

• Application method: Brush, roller and air-gun spray
• Thinner: Thinner 5200
• Hardener : Hardener GA-D40
• Mixing ratio: Base/hardener=4/1 weight
• Thinning ratio: Spray: 30-50% by weight (Dilute until to 11-12 sec,NK#02)
• Spreading rate: 8-10m2/kg/coat
• Dry film thickness: 25 - 30 microns/coat
• Baking time: 75 oC - 80 oC * 45minutes

Drying time:

• Dust Free: 10-15 minutes at 30oC
• Touch dry: 30-40 minutes at 30oC
• Hard dry: 8 hours at 30oC

Overcoating interval: Minimum 10 hours at 30oC
PAINTING SPECIFICATION:
Surface preparation: Remove oil, grease and foreign matters before coating. If necessary, prepared by sanding to establish a smooth clean surface.
For air-dry, physical and chemical resistances can only be carried out after 7days standing at room temperature
