USE: Heat resistance finishing paint on metallic substrates for temperature up to 200°C. Suitable for the prepared metallic surfaces such as boilers, engine parts, exhausts and metal smoke stacks etc

Application method:

• Spray, brush or roller 
• Thinner: Heat Resistance 200°C Thinner 5910

Thinning ratio:

• Spray: 40-60% by weight. Brush or roller: 0-20% by weight
• Spreading rate: 6m2/kg/coat
• Dry film thickness: 30 microns/coat
• Drying time:  Touch dry: 2 hour at 28°C
• Hard dry: 8 hours at 28°C
• Overcoating interval: Min 6 hours at 28°C

PAINTING SPECIFICATION:

• Surface preparation: Remove all loose paint film and foreign matters before coating. Degrease thoroughly and good surface preparation is necessary for a good adhesion and heat resistance to be achieved
• Primer: 1 coat of  Acrylic Primer  or direct use.
