ALKYD ENAMEL
DESCRIPTION: Alkyd resin based gloss finish incorporating titanium dioxide and other premium grade weather resistant color pigment.
USE: Color finishing for interior and exterior building surfaces, including wood, concrete, steel, other metal substrates and also on structural steel works, machineries, tanks and pipelines.

- Heat resistance up to 95oC
- Good flow, sag resistance and opacity

APPLICATION DATA:
- Application method: Brush, Roller or Airless spray
- Thinner: Alkyd Thinner 5100 or 5101
- Thinning ratio: Ready use Approx. 20 to 30% if desired
- Shelf life: 12 months
- Spreading rate: Approx.7-8m2/kg/coat
- Dry film thickness: 25-40 microns/coat
- Drying time: Touch dry: 2 hours at 28oC
- Hard dry: 8 hours at 28oC
- Recoating interval: Min 8 hours at 28oC
PAINTING SPECIFICATION:
Surface preparation: Ensure a clean dry for general usage, such as tie coats.
STORAGE: Cool, dry, well ventilated shaded areas
SAFETY PRECAUTION:
- No excessive heat, sparks or flame
- Use adequate ventilation. Avoid prolong contact with skin. Avoid breathing of vapor and spray mist. Use protective equipment. If the material comes in contact with the eye, immediately wash in running water for 20 minutes and obtain medical treatment. Observe all safe precautions.
