DESCRIPTION: Two components epoxy finishing based on epoxy resin and polyamide curing agent
USE: For the protection of heavy duty performance material surface where high chemical resistance and moisture resistance is required. Suitable for prepared metallic and concretes, especially for deck fitting or superstructure exterior etc.

APPLICATION DATA:
- Application method: Brush, Roller or Air spray
- Thinner: Epoxy Thinner 5300
- Thinning ratio: Air spray not more than 10-25% by weight
- If brush,roller not more than 10% by weight
- Spreading rate: 5m2/kg/coat
- Mixing Ratio: Base:Hardener = 85:15 by weight
- Pot life: 8 hours at 30 OC
- Dry film thickness: 70 microns/coat
- Drying time: Touch dry: 2 hours at 30 OC
- Hard dry: 8 hours at 30 OC
- Overcoating interval: min 16 hours at 30 OC
PAINTING SPECIFICATION:
- Surface preparation: Remove oil, grease and foreign matters before painting.
- Primer: 1-2 coat of Epoxy Enamel Primer
