APPLICATION DATA:

                                                Application method: Air spray: 1-2 coats

                                                Thinner: PU 2K thinner

                                                Mixing ratio: Clear(base):Hardener = 4:1 volume

                                                Thinning ratio: Spray : 20-40% volume

                                                Spreading rate: 8-10m²/litre/coat

                                                Dry film thichness: 10-20 microns/coat

                                                Drying time:   Dust Free:10-15 minutes at 30^oC

                                                                                Touch dry: 30-40 minutes at 30^oC

                                                                                Hard dry: 8 hours at 30^oC

                                                Overcoating interval: min 10 hours 

PAINTING SPECIFICATION:

Surface preparation: Remove oil, grease and contamination matters before coating. If necessary, prepared by sanding or abrasive blasting to establish a smooth clean surface.
