Application method: Air spray: 1-2 coats

                                          Thinner: 1K Thinner  5600

Thinning ratio: Spray: 20-40% by volume

                                          Spreading rate: 8-10m²/l/coat

                                          Dry film thickness: 10-20 microns/coat

                                          Drying time:  Dust Free: 10-15 minutes at 30^oC

                                                                Touch dry: 30-40 minutes at 30^oC

                                                                Hard dry: 8 hours at 30^oC

                                          Overcoating interval: Min 8 hours

PAINTING SPECIFICATION:

Surface preparation: Remove oil, grease and contamination matters before coating. If necessary, prepared by sanding or abrasive blasting to establish a smooth clean surface.
